Returns/Refund Policy

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or an exchange. 

Return Process:

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@satnavicard.com to request a return. Once you return has been approved, you may ship the item(s) back to us.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 2 business days after we received item(s) & verified their condition.

Exchanges:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with the details. We will then provide instructions for returning the item for a replacement or a refund.
